Demonstrations

Demonstrations are performed to entertain the audience, educate the public about our unique sport, and they give the club practice for competition. Demonstrations often have a theme that will be reflected in music, costumes, and style of moves. Click Read more to see upcoming demonstrations.

All club members are welcome to participate in demonstrations, including the recreational vaulters.
